By entering into our website and placing any order you are (Over 18 Years of age) and you fully understand the risk associated to Tobacco Smoking. Any purchase is for personal use only. Baccy Direct is a source of gaining Tobacco products at reduced prices for personal use only. We offer only those brands and weight in grams as per the images on our pages.

By entering into an agreement to purchase you must be over18 Years of age & you understand that some Countries around the world have customs and excise duty laws preventing importation of Tobacco into their country. Orders are shipped air mail to your nominated destination; some Countries may inspect your goods and may apply an excise / import duty before final delivery.

As a result, it is your responsibility to agree to pay any outstanding excise / duty your destination country may impose.

We ship the goods to you packaged in (Original Tobacco Packages) sealed as per the manufacture and place in most cases into wrapping paper and into either a padded postal bag or small box depending on the order,each shipment is marked as (Gift and a Value) for air mail postal.

Postal of your Order

FREE Postage Worldwide

We post all orders on a Friday, so if you order on a Monday through till 5pm GMT Thursday night, your order will be sent on following day, Friday,we will image your order and email you a receipt so you know the product you purchased is on its way.

You can elect to either have standard Air Mail Shipment which for many Europe locations takes 7 to 15 days for delivery. For Oceania will take from 15 to 35 days. Please allow time for delivery. Remember during busy periods of Easter and Christmas postal will take a little longer.

Our experience is the average postal times are:

Canada, USA, (10 to 21 days)

UK and Ireland (7 to 15 Days)

Oceania (14 to 35 days)

100% Customer Purchase Refund Policy

Baccy Direct expects our clientele will continue to order more products, to this we offer a full refund if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase. For all returns you must email us requesting a refund, we will then issue you with a return tracking number and instruction for return delivery address.

On arrival of your shipment if for any reason you are not 100% delighted with your product we will refund, providing you follow the same instructions, return your goods and we will refund you on receipt of returned product.

Please Note: We refund on the actual purchase price not any duty or other imposed charges that may result. Returns will be your own responsibility to pay the return postage fees. Returns must be made within 14days of receipt of your delivery of product.

Cancellation of Orders

At anytime within 12 hours before the final postal day(Friday 9am GMT) you can email us with your order number and cancel your order,there is no penalty at all and a full including postal refund will be made.

International Import Duty Laws

It is your own responsibility to pay any importation duty should your goods we at Baccy Direct send to you are held up or inspected.

In the event your order is held in Customs and you decline to pay the importation duty, after an elapsed period the International Customs location may return the order to us, on receipt of the returned product, we will contact you and issue a full refund.
